Black Pepper Properties was founded in 2008 by Simon Black, a commercial and industrial property broker with over 20 years’ experience in sales and financial investment. Simon is a qualified MRICS Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a qualified Master Practitioner of Real Estate as required by the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
